Accessibility Statement

Legalbot is committed to making its platform and website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

What we do

Keyboard navigation

All interactive elements on the platform are accessible via keyboard. Visible focus indicators ensure users can navigate without a mouse.

Screen readers

We use semantic HTML, appropriate ARIA attributes and alternative text on all images to ensure compatibility with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.

Colour contrast

Our colour palettes meet the minimum WCAG 2.2 contrast requirements (4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text), ensuring readability for all users.

Reduced motion

We respect the operating system preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion). Animations are automatically disabled when the user enables this setting.

Adequate touch targets

All interactive buttons and links have a minimum touch area of 44×44 pixels, making interaction easier on touch devices and for users with motor impairments.

How to report issues

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please get in touch.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The URL of the page where you found the issue
  • A description of the problem encountered
  • The browser and assistive technology you were using
