Regulatory intelligence before it became a trend.
We started when almost nobody talked about RegTech in Brazil — convinced that regulatory monitoring did not need to be done by hand. We built the infrastructure that was missing and we keep expanding what is possible.
Reduce regulatory
entropy.
Highly regulated companies were managing one of the most complex exposures in the world — Brazilian regulation — with spreadsheets and manual reading. The problem was never a lack of care. It was scale.
Our answer was to automate the collection, structuring and delivery of regulatory data, so teams could do what really matters: decide.
"Companies that are not efficient in information diffusion are systems that tend to fail."
Innovation is not
discourse. It's
how we operate.
We are not a company that settles for what already works. At every step, we chose to build with technical depth. Because that is where the difference lives.
We started when "RegTech" was still an unknown term here. We did not wait for the market to consolidate to invest in it.
Our instinct is to look at what has not happened yet. We prefer to prepare the path rather than react to the problem — anticipation is part of who we are.
Applied research registered at FAPESP, with academic standards. We treat regulation as a data problem — and a science problem.
Recognised at the NTT Data Business Contest, global finalist in Tokyo, and in innovation programmes in Europe. The vision crossed borders early.
We build to serve as foundation, not just as an isolated tool. Thinking in base infrastructure — not in point solutions — is what takes us beyond the conventional.
Every body monitored goes through structuring and validation. We prefer auditable coverage to volumetric coverage.

Engineer with a master's in mathematical modelling and an MIT extension, he entered the regulatory market through the data door. He saw that the challenge for regulated organisations was not interpretation — it was information scale. In 2016, he founded Legalbot to solve that.
"Reduce regulatory entropy" — the idea that originated the company and still guides every product decision.
